Position description:

Ledger Scrutiny

• Ledgers to be scrutinized per month & report to be sentby 27th of every month

Monthly Closure of Accounts

• Report to be sent as per scheduler to concern

Provisional financials for Varuna Group( VIL+CLPL+Athena)

• Prepare & submit quarterly provisionalstatement by 15th of next to next month Q1 - by 15th Aug Q1+Q2 - by 15th Nov Q1+ Q2 + Q3 - by 15th Feb whole year - by 15th May

Projects

• Project assigned as per Management

Key Performance Indicators:

• Ledger Scrutiny: "**'-7 for category 1, '-5 forcategory 2, '-3 for category 3 in case of per pending reconciliation **-10 incase report not submitted on last working day of the month"
• Monthly Closure of Accounts: ** -10 per account not closedas per schedule or faulty submission
• Provisional financials for Varuna Group:-30 for not submitting on time or faulty submission
• Projects: "+(10-50) for completion of project withindeadline '-(10-50) for non completion of project within deadline **markingwould be decided on case to case basis **In case extension taken beforedeadline:- Extension taken for 7 working days - project no. will be earned& no negative marking Extension taken for more than a week - project no.gone and negative marking **In case extension not taken before the deadline,then double marks to be deducted"
