Manager - Customer Retention & Development

Managing Team of Sales Coordinators with over all responsibility /ownership of Customer retention and development.
Candidate will be Process Owner for below activities:
1. Management of Customer Master File

2. Customer On Boarding: 
-Lane & Rate Updation with required approvals

3. Post Contractual Activities: 
-Indent & Placement follow up, 
-Payment follow up & related activities (PAD, O/S system remarks, Email to customer)
-SLA Adherence
-MBR & QBRs discussion with Customers along with Sales Manager

4. Business Development: 
- Upselling on existing lanes
-Cross-selling Opportunities to be notified to SM for new lane acquisition

4. Past Customer Facing & Relationship Building Experience 
5. Understanding of CRM Process and tools
6. Excellent Communication Skills ( Written & Verbal)
7. Senior Stake holder Management Experience
8. Trucking Industry Experience ( FTL /PTL)
9. Inside Sales / Tele Sales Management Experience
10. Should follow diligently with customer  till task completion/ Issue resolution.( Ownership)
11. Target Oriented with Good Business Acumen
12.  Man Management Experience
