- For Varuna Group companies and associates
- Drafting andfinalization of Minutes book for Board meeting and General Meeting
Follow-up for Board meeting points status
- Follow-up with management and Board Committee members fortimely implementation of Board decisions
Maintaining the company statutory books
- Minutes Book
- Register of members and share transfer
- Register of charge
- Register of directors and KMP
- All other statutoryrecords as required as per the Companies Act, 2013
Liasoning
- Liasoning with govt. bodies for statutory compliance likeIssue and allotment of shares,
- Transfers and transmission of shares,
- Dematerialization of shares,
- Shifting of registered office,
- preparation ofvarious E forms and returns
Administrative duties
- Carrying administrative and other secretarial duties asdirected by the directors, or the Company
MIS Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports to senior as per scheduler
