- Prepare plan andexecute process for identification of high potential employees
- Design, develop andmonitor developmental plan for high potential employees
- Design, develop andexecute program for mid and senior level employees
- Running assessment ofemployees on psychometric and other assessment tools
- Monitoring ofdevelopmental journey of employees
- Connect with highpotential employees
- Monitoring careergrowth of high pots
