Customer On Boarding:
-Lane & Rate Updation with required approvals
Post Contractual Activities:
-Indent & Placement follow up,
-Payment follow up & related activities (PAD, O/S system remarks, Email to customer)
-SLA Adherence
-MBR & QBRs discussion along with SM
Business development:
-Upselling on existing lanes
-Cross-selling Opportunities to be notified to SM for closure
Must Have Skills:
1.Advance Excel Skills
2. Past Customer Facing & Relationship Building Experience
3. Exposure to CRM tools
4. Excellent Communication Skills ( Written & Verbal)
5. Stake holder Management experience
6. Trucking Industry Experience ( FTL /PTL)
7. Inside Sales / Tele Sales Experience
8. Should follow diligently with customer till task completion/ Issue resolution.
9. Zeal to achieve committed SOB/ Indent targets .
10. Should have positive attitude and must take ownership of assigned task.
11. Knowledge of regional language will be added advantage for handling West / South / East customer ( Especially South)
