Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of Loading status in assigned zone
- Follow-up to ensure prompt release of vehicles
- Daily monitoring and follow-up on Vehicles ready waiting status
- Knowledge of Transport Operation (Trailers/Trucks)
- Track vehicles through GPS and guide Trailer drivers as per company policies.
- Tracking the running expenses of Vehicles.
- Transport planning and route optimization.
- Responsible to track the vehicle data for future maintenance, insurance as per in assignedtimeline.
- Developing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assisting in critical decision-making process.
- Trend analysis of key vehicle attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization, breakdowns and accidents
