Key Performance Indicators:

Project Management 1). Project Planning - Define the "Scope" of Project.
- Prepare "Project Charter" to understand the "Project Objectives".
- Create "Project Plan" based on the Keyb Deliverables.
- Prepare all Project Planning relevant documents like Task Chart,
  Gantt Chart, Communication Matrix etc.
- Obtain Internal / External Project Plan sign off.
2). Implementation - All items which were considered during Solution should be sufficient
  and within cost during implementation
- 1. Overall CAPEX & overall OPEX should be within limits
- 2. Warehouse rentals should be within prescribed limit
- 3. Operation team should be able to achieve productivity (as per LOI)
3). Control & Transition - Ensure "Monitor-Evaluate-Act" activities to keep the Project
  on Track till the time the project is handed over to OPS.
- Prepare & Complete SOP's (Testing / Trail) and Staff Trainings.
- Go-live & Stabilization / Ensure Smooth transition of Client
- Operational Dashboard Performance reporting.
- Ensure all gaps are plugged in during transition phase.
- Organise Knowledge Sharing through Lesson learnt workshop.
Process Engineering 1). Continuous Process Improvement & Re-engineering - Best Practices Implementation.
- Develop SOP's.
- Enhancing Automation.
- Implementing Continuous Improvement culture at site.
- Productivity Improvement.
