Position description:

Outstanding:

  • Checking delivery status of LRs in OTM and approving Invoices
  • Preparing soft  copy  for bills submitted to clients
  • Preparing  outstanding on week basis and providing to  HOD
  • Preparing  PAD & updating  payment collection  in ERP on receipt of payment .
  • Updating  claim deduction in  ERP in recoverable module
  • Updating  Overdue Bill remarks in ERP

Shortage-damage :

  • Updating day to day claim in DEPs based on information received from delivery
  •  branch
  • Follow-up with branches related to Claim for getting  amendment to PODs
  • Verification of SRA with POD bearing   claim
  • Closing  Shortage/Damage case  in DEPS
  • Reconciling  claim  and providing  supporting  in case of wrong deduction made by clients

Operation:

  • Follow up with branches for vehicles placement
  • Rates calculation in case of  diesel  escalation
  • Sending detail to credit control  to update/ extend  rate to new lanes in ERP

Revert Process :

  • Doing follow up with branches  to recover claim from market vehicles in case of shortage /damage/Accident
  • Preparing  vouchers to revert  claim not recoverable from clients as well as MV

Report :

  • All report/Analysis as  required by HOD
  • Report on Delivery efficiency -month wise &  client wise
  • Report related to OTM
