Roles & Responsibilities
- The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who are - saleshungry and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills to produce effective andsuccessful results
- Lead sales team and exponentially grow warehousing (and secondarytransportation) vertical in alignment with company’s vision of MUFs facility andshared network
- Lead Customer experience – From initial sales pitch, solution design to developingaccounts and manage reviews and explore further growth opportunities
- Ensure right solution to customers in timely manner with right understanding ofcustomer’s current processes/cost and pain areas
- Develop team, system and processes to be interface between operations andcustomers to exceed customer expectations. Both in terms of operations andcommercials
- Conceptualize and work with management team to identify MUF locations andcustomers mix
- Align team to develop business for MUF 2-3 MUF each year to be planned andfilled
- Conceptualize framework and Implement regular review mechanism withcustomers. Take the feedback and improve operations
- Responsible for timely billing to customers and payments to vendors & no delayand minimize cash to cash cycle time
- To develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income forthe company on a sustainable basis
- To develop and execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment ofsales goals and profitability
- Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication in faceto face meetings, telephone calls and emails
- To participate at industry events and trade shows, represent the company inmost elegant and professional manner, use those meetings to gain new businessleads and contacts
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any furtherdocumentation
- Keeping abreast of competition and provide time to time business innovationperspectives
Technical Skills
- Should have strong background in handling multiple warehouse Sales
