Role & responsibilities

Position description:

·         Handling & Onboarding New Clients

·         Customer Retention and Follow ups

·         Monthly Business Review & Presentation with Customer

·         Reduce Vehicle detention at Customer Point – Target vs Achievement.

·         Targeted %age share of business with each client as per agreement

·         DEPS Management

·         Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up of sales outstanding per clients in order to receive with credit-period

·         Billed and unbilled outstanding with all remarks

·         Excel Knowledge

·         Sharing working on PAD

·         Update Rate

·         Strong Written and Spoken English

·         Strong Communication Skills etc

·         Strong Client handling Role

Graduate/Post-Graduate /MBA

5 ~7 years of experience
