Service delivery -Strong focus on service delivery as per agreed SLA with customer Proactively engage with customer in managing escalations Bridge between Customer and Client Coordination with KAM & Sales System driven SLA monitoring and control -Revisiting existing SOP's to strengthen processes
Identifying and solving business development problem
· Daily MIS on vehicle placement
