Position description:


Service delivery -Strong focus on service delivery as per agreed SLA with customer

Proactively engage with customer in managing escalations

Bridge between Customer and Client

Coordination with KAM & Sales

System driven SLA monitoring and control -Revisiting existing SOP's to strengthen processes


Identifying and solving business development problem

  • Checking for vehicle indents
  • Coordinate with ground ops team
  • Checking for spot RFQ's on daily basis
  • Updation of lanes ( one time activity)

·         Daily MIS on vehicle placement


Primary Responsibilities:

Qualification & Experience

·         Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

·         MBA is preferred

·         Experience - 4+ years
